Location: Istanbul Company and Project Summary We are building a new generation express cargo and logistics company from scratch, operating throughout Turkey. This is not a legacy conversion project; it is a greenfield development. Our goal is to design and implement a SAP-centric, integrated, and scalable digital platform from the ground up to support all of the company's operations. Role Purpose This role is the directorship responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the company's corporate systems architecture and digital platforms. The main focus of the role is to analyze and document existing and planned systems, design the target architecture, and ensure its controlled implementation. Key Responsibilities • Analyze, detail, and develop an implementation plan for the defined Business Technology Platform architecture for the company • Analyze existing and potential systems: o Document them functionally and technically o Evaluate their compatibility with the target architecture • Create the enterprise architecture platform design • Contribute to the development of the SAP-centric digital core: o S/4HANA o SAP Business Technology Platform o SAP Analytics Cloud o Integration / API Management • Manage the design and implementation processes of the end-to-end system ecosystem encompassing TMS, customer and partner portals, billing, pricing, BI, and analytics systems • Develop analyses and recommendations on which systems will be used, adapted, or redeveloped • Define the architecture to ensure all systems work seamlessly and integrated with each other and business processes • Work with SAP consultants and technology vendors: o Clarify requirements o Define architecture and integration standards o Coordinate the implementation process on behalf of the company • Ensure and report the compatibility of the implemented systems with: o Business plan o Financial model o Operational KPIs Required Profile Experience • At least 8-10 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem • SAP S/4HANA • Strong knowledge of Finance & Controlling (especially) • Experience with SAP BTP, integration and analytics • Preferably experience in system analysis, installation or transformation in complex operational structures such as logistics, e-commerce, retail or manufacturing
